At Now Necessity, we strive to deliver your products quickly and securely across India. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns in India. Delivery may not be available in some remote areas—if this affects your order, our support team will inform you.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery across India:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may be affected by festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 – ₹99 applies (visible at checkout).

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email once your order is dispatched.

  • You can track your package using the courier’s website/app.

Delayed or Undelivered Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact us at service.nownecessity@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Now necessity, we understand that many customers prefer paying in cash upon delivery. To make shopping easy and secure, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders across India.

COD Availability

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.

  • Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for COD.

  • If COD is not available at your delivery location, you will be notified during checkout.

COD Charges

  • Free COD on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a small COD handling fee of ₹49 – ₹99 may apply.

Order Processing with COD

  • Once you place a COD order, our team may contact you via phone/WhatsApp/email to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

Important Points

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct mobile number and address so our delivery partner can reach you.

  • Refusing COD packages repeatedly may lead to blocking of COD option for future orders.

  • Partial payment or opening the package before payment is not allowed as per courier rules.
